We can switch over almost everything your current provider is willing to export. Some providers make it hard to get your own data out, or won't export parts of it at all. We'll look at what yours allows and tell you plainly what can come over before you commit.
A specialist moves it for you
A Forge specialist works with you through the whole move. You export what your current software allows, usually as spreadsheet files, and we bring it into Forge and check it with you before anything goes live.
How cards on file move
It depends on Stripe's process and your current provider's process. Some providers can transfer saved cards to Stripe, and some can't. We'll check yours before you switch, and tell you plainly whether any members will need to add a card again.
Your data stays yours
Your member list is yours. You can export it from Forge any time, no questions asked.
Your spreadsheet in. Real members out.
