Forge is a trade name of Sunburst Studio LLC ("Forge," "we," or "us"). This policy explains what we collect on this website, forgemembers.com, and what we do with it. The Forge app that gyms and their members use will have its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and when you sent it. We also keep a scrambled, one-way version of your network address (a hash), used only to stop spam.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in the email.
- When you visit: our hosting provider processes basic technical details, like your network address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, ads, or trackers.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer you and follow up about your question, and to keep the form free of spam and abuse. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores contact form messages.
- Microsoft delivers contact form messages and email to our inbox.
They handle this information on our behalf, to run these services for us.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as we need them to answer you and to keep normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what you've sent us. Email hello@forgemembers.com and we'll take care of it.
Keeping it safe
Everything you send travels over an encrypted connection. Only our team can read contact form messages.
Children
This website is for gym owners, staff, and members, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
