Running the front desk
Check members in, watch the live feed, add guests, and ring up sales.
Checking members in
Open Check-in. Scan the member's membership code, or search by name. The member's status shows right away.
The live feed
Every check-in shows up live. Alerts flag things that need a look, like a card that wasn't recognized or a membership with a failed payment.
Guests
Add a guest at the desk, or see guests your members invited. Guests sign their waiver on their own phone.
Sales
Use Register to sell items. Members can pay with their card on file, and stock counts update as you sell.
Incidents
If something happens on the floor, file it in Incident reports while it's fresh.
