Installing the member app

Add your gym's app to a phone's home screen, step by step for each device.

The member app installs from the browser. There's nothing to download. Start by opening your gym's member app link on the phone.

iPhone or iPad, in Safari

  1. Tap the Share button (the box with an arrow pointing up).
  2. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  3. Make sure Open as Web App is on, if you see it.
  4. Tap Add.

iPhone or iPad, in Chrome

  1. Tap the Share button in the address bar.
  2. Tap Add to Home Screen. You may need to scroll.
  3. Tap Add.

iPhone or iPad, in another browser

  1. Open the browser's menu and tap Share.
  2. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  3. Having trouble? Open the link in Safari instead.

Android, in Chrome

  1. Tap the three dots in the top corner.
  2. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Tap Install.

Android, in Samsung Internet

  1. Tap the menu at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap Add page to, then Home screen.
  3. Tap Add.

Android, in Firefox or another browser

  1. Tap the menu in the corner.
  2. Tap Install or Add to Home screen.
  3. Tap Add.

Computer, in Chrome or Edge

  1. Click the install button at the right end of the address bar.
  2. Or open the browser menu and choose to install the app.
  3. Click Install.

Mac, in Safari

  1. Click File in the menu bar.
  2. Click Add to Dock, then Add.

Computer, in Firefox

  1. Firefox on computers can't install web apps, so bookmark the page instead.
  2. On a phone, open the link to install the app.
