Importing your members

How your current member list comes over to Forge during setup.

  1. Export your member list from your current software as a spreadsheet file (CSV). The switching guides cover the steps for some common systems.
  2. Send it to us the way we agree on during setup.
  3. We import it and check it with you before anything goes live.
  4. Cards on file: whether saved cards can move depends on Stripe's process and your current provider's process. We'll tell you plainly before you switch.
  5. Members set up the app.
